"That's what my "taster husband" said when I asked him to sample this and comment after it was in the refrigerator for a day. As another person suggested, I added a chopped fresh tomato. I deleted the red pepper because they don't set well with either of our stomachs.

"This was so unsual, I knew it would be either wonderful or terrible. It was DELICIOUS! I ended up chopping the brie into tiny cubes VS "spreading" as the recipe said. Don't skimp on the caraway seeds !"

"I think this recipe has potential, but needs more spices / flavor. Maybe add garlic and hot sauce to the marinade. Also, wrapping the shrimp in proscuitto slows the grilling time and it's difficult to judge when the "large" shrimp are done. I will try it again !"
