"OMG this recipe is beyond fantastic...My daughter followed the recipe as is except that she used between 2 and 3 cups of grated zucchini. She made it for her boyfriend, godson and cousins and all who tried it LOVED it, even the 6 year old!!! In fact, we've decided to make mini muffins and serve them as finger food apps at Thanksgiving."

"Very good! I took Boyz 5's suggestion and reduced the sugar to 1/2 cup. I also added the juice of a small lemon to the topping mixture - we like a sweet/tart taste. This would be a great addition to a tea party table! My pic is blurry .....SOMEDAY I'll figure my darn camera out! Thank Bert - abb"

"OUTSTANDING dessert. All your guests will abruptly stop talking with their first bite of this. This dessert is at it's very finest when it's served during fresh berry season. "Great recipe, alijen! Everyone thought it was a delicious combination of flavors. I used black olives instead of kalamata as that's what I had - just as good - and quartered the tomatoes instead of halving them. I'll be making this dish on a regular basis!"

I also served it with our favorite dipping sauce: about 1/2 C. soy sauce mixed with 2 - 3 tablespoons of Inglehoffer Wasabi Horseradish. Inglehoffer is the ..."

"These were delicious! Don't let working with phyllo scare you - it's much easier than you'd think. Just be sure to keep it covered so it doesn't dry out. I put the pecans, chocolate chips, cinnamon and 1/4 C. of the sugar together in the Cuisinart and pulsed until the pecans were finely ground. Perfect! "

"One of our very favorite desserts! First had this in Chicago at the now defunct Jonathan Livingston Seafood restaurant in 1977 - they called it ~Ship Dip~! I've been serving it ever since. So simple - so delicious! I now use "brownulated" brown sugar. Domino calls it "the light brown sugar that pours." Try it, bet you'll love it!Thanks for ..."
