    About Me

I am 49 years old and live in central NC with my husband and a very finicky dog. I like to cook when I have the time to be adventurous. I am not a very creative cook, but I can follow a recipe really well (LOL)! I'm learning a lot about flavors that go together, so I am getting more comfortable with experimenting.

    Favorite Foods

As of September 2007, I am trying to eat meatless, being convinced by a book I read. I think it is a healthier lifestyle, and I am having no problem converting. I haven't tried to be completely vegetarian, I still eat dairy and eggs and the occasional item like a bit of beef broth or chicken broth. It IS taking a lot of researching new recipes. Fortunately, there is no shortage!!!
