Reviewed Halibut With Garlic Mayonnaise-Parmesan Topping
"Didn;t have green onions so subbed some basil. I tend to like subtler flavors for my fish, but this was yummy & used ingredients I (mostly) had on hand."

Reviewed Bratwurst Bake
"I thawed brats but had no buns & I didn't want to do peppers & onions, and my search turned up this recipe. I forgot the garlic and to tent the foil. I grew up in Ohio. I've been a student, a teacher, and a student again. And now I've moved to British Columbia because I fell in love with a writer, who I met online because he was looking for an editor--or at least an honest opinion. I do most of the cooking, because he just doesn't understand most of the basics.
