"I had tried another banana "cake" recipe on this site using Bisquick but it came out too dense. This one was perfect. I did make a few changes: low-fat Bisquick (sifted, 3 bananas, half white/brown sugar, and added 1/2 cup white chocolate chips. I used a metal pan sprayed with Pam and it was done in 40 minutes. A definite keeper. Thank you!"

"True to its name, this made the most awesome tacos! I used a 2 pound boneless beef chuck (which worked well because all I had was a 10 oz. jar of Rotel, placed that on top of sliced onions, and rubbed the spices onto both sides of the beef. It was perfectly cooked and seasoned and not too spicy. No more ground beef tacos for this family. Thank..."

"YumYumYum! Made a few substitutions (stuck in 32" of snow, ugh: Craisins for the strawberries, red wine vinegar for the raspberry RWV, and canola oil for the vegetable oil. I did add feta cheese and the combination of flavors and textures was amazing! Thank you!"

"So good! We usually keep frozen broccoli because fresh always seems to end up in the garbage. My parents gave me a large head of broccoli before they went on a long vacation. My DH is not a big fan of broccoli but he loved this! I let it sit in the fridge for 24 hours and it was just perfect. Thank you! I'm making it again for a family gathering ..."

"My husband and I recently started eating low-carb. We (and our two young boys loved this quiche! I used low-fat mozzarella and cheddar cheeses and about 1/2 cup crumbled, pre-cooked bacon. I also cooked the onion and mushrooms in a bit of olive oil before adding to the egg mixture. I will be making this often, thanks!"

"Loved it, the sauce was amazing! I used low fat mayo, wheat tortillas, 2% cheddar and American cheeses, and a cooked store-bought rotisserie chicken that I sort of shredded. It was easy to put together and even my picky children ate them! Thank you, we'll be making these often!"

"Wow, loved these cookies! I followed the recipe as written except used about 1/2 cup chopped pecans and 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (was low on pecans. Perfect! I was going to use a full cup of white chocolate chips and omit the pecans, but I'm glad I didn't because then they would have been too sweet. They were wonderful and didn't last long. ..."
