My dad taught me how to cook when I was young, and passed his love of cooking down to me! I'm a big fan of Alton Brown, as well. My favorite cookbook is The Cook's Illustrated Best Recipes. I love justbento and justhungry food websites and Japanese food is my specialty.
Right now I'm growing veggies on farms and trying to live in a sustainable way.
My favorite foods are sushi (could eat for the rest of my life), artichokes, tiramisu. I love kombucha and want to make my own.
I like cooking with alcohol (beer, wine) because I love the flavors it can add to a dish. (Also because I don't drink alchohol) I also love cheese, and use garlic in just about everything. I like to cook Asian food, and Italian (my heratige).
