"I serve these always, ESPECIALLY when my inlaws come, as they have VERY picky palettes, and everyone LOVES them and requests them again!! Cook on Med heat, or even a little lower if you're getting black outsides and gooey insides. That's with any pancake. And they are thick and filling, and moist bc of the banana. Very very good. Enjoy."
