    About Me

    I am currently a full-time student studying business at the local college. I enjoy golfing, skiing, snowboarding, riding quads in the desert, boating, fishing, wine collecting, cooking, and best of all, eating. I collect cookbooks and currently have about 100. My favorite places to vacation are Cabo San Lucas, New Orleans, and San Francisco. And, the worse thing in life is a bad bottle of wine.

    Favorite Foods

    I am lucky that my family will eat just about anything, so they are always ready to try something new. Our weekly dinners include chicken marsala, grilled pepper steak with a red-wine sauce, risottos of all types, and pastas. I have recently gotten into making my own pasta. It's a get way to relax. My most famous dish would be chicken cordon bleu (I won my husband with that one!). Our favorite local restaurant is the Cottage Place here in Flagstaff. As for any place else, so many restaurants, so little time...
