"Smooth and creamy goodness. My husband who adores PB was in heaven! I added 1/3 cup tomato juice to thin the soup instead of water and seasoned it up with salt, pepper, and extra ginger. Served with bread for dipping. Thank you, JackieOhNo! [Made for the Best of 2011 Tag Game]"

"Wonderful! This is very easy to make and tastes delicious. A great way to use up leftover rice. I used a single salmon patty broken into pieces and doubled the dill weed. Otherwise followed exactly. This is a great weeknight dinner. I've made it twice already! [Made for the All You Can Cook Buffet]"

"I used part yogurt and part mayo for the dressing. I also toasted the walnuts and kept them separate until serving so they would stay crunchy. Very good! [Made for the All You Can Cook Buffet]"

"I served this as an open-faced sandwich on an Asiago Cheese bagel. I used pickled peperoncinis as my topping. Delicious! Very fast to make as well. Thank you for sharing this recipe with us. [Made for The All You Can Cook Buffet]"

"Fantastic clam dish! And it's actually relatively healthy, no butter or cream yet you don't miss them at all. The garlic, onion, and clam juice really flavor things up nicely. I used a red onion and Rigatoni in place of Ziti. Doubled the batch and am glad I did. Thank you, Mikekey! [Made for the All You Can Cook Buffet]"

"Great bread! I used 1 cup white flour and 1/2 cup whole wheat flour. Loved that this uses a whole cup of walnuts. It has a nice nutty oat flavor. I wish I had made two loaves! I'll solve that by making another- thinking about trying this with raspberries. [Made for Best of 2011 Tag Game]"

"Very tangy and refreshing. Loved the ginger. And it was even more amazing the second day, once the flavors melded together. [Made for The All You Can Cook Buffet tag game]"

"I've been to Veracruz and this cuisine is a lovely reminder of that coastal region of Mexico. The flavors are very nice, light and fresh, and you just feel good eating this. I would puree the tomatoes next time for a more saucy base, but otherwise wouldn't change a thing. I used sardine-stuffed olives and they were good! Served over Recipe #177513..."

"I used leftover holiday turkey and roasted Kabocha squash for the veggies. This was really good and came together fast. I like my curries saucy, and so next time will puree part of the squash before adding it to the pot. Or perhaps double the curried water/yogurt mixture. This would also be great with coconut milk in place of the yogurt. [Made for..."
