About Me

I have four kids. The youngest was born in April 2010. Most of us have food allergies. My oldest son is gluten intolerant. I am also gluten intolerant and my Husband is allergic to eggs.

Favorite Foods

Anything that we can make that is gluten free. I love those southern comfort foods. Recently I have gotten into a lot of Indian dishes as well. But I eat anything that I am not allergic too.
