    My Journal

I have no recent activity to share.

    About Me

If I had a month off, I would be volunteering on a short mission trip, or possibly going to a cooking school.
For fun I like to listen to music, go on the computer; and read as much as possible.
Exciting times ahead, new building for our church; and a new name(New Beginnings Fellowship). I can't say that I have a favourite cookbook yet, I use a lot of my cookbooks equally; but hope to add to my collection, after all you can never have enough cookbooks right?

    Favorite Foods

I make a pretty good Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookie; and I enjoy making chinese, although the preparation is what takes the most time, it is well worth it in the end.
MY favourite restaurant so far is the Steak and Ale; because if it's birthday they will
    sing to you.
I am happy to be able now to help bring homemade cookies, muffins, and cakes to the newly started Soup Kitchen in my hometown. I feel that this is one of the best ways to be a good witness; and to be used to help feed the hungry in our area, as we're commanded to do in God's word.
I'm trying to learn to be more creative with recipes; and make them my own, by adding an extract for extra flavour, or substituting one ingredient over another when necessary.
