"Oh! This was delicious. Both the steaks and the gravy have TONS of flavor. I made a few tweaks based on what I had available to me. I used half an onion in the patties and the other half in the gravy; dijon mustard instead of ground mustard; fresh wheat bread crumbs instead of panko; 1/4 tsp ground thyme instead of 1 tsp fresh thyme; and I used an ..."

"I would never have thought to beer-batter apple rings. Oh, so delicious! My guests said they were like apple fritters, except a million times better! The onion rings were great, too."

"I love all the ingredients in this recipe, but it just wasn't that great prepared. The profiteroles were too salty and oddly textured. The filling was too strongly flavored. And I usually love goat cheese! I won't make these again.

"I made a few enhancements, and it turned out great.
I used artichoke hearts in water instead of oil. I marinated the mozzarella cubes in olive oil with fresh basil and red pepper flakes. Then I used the marinade as the dressing, along with a squeeze of lemon juice and a pinch of salt. Made homemade croutons with fresh Italian bread, cubed, toss ..."

"The brownies were yummy, but the sauce was a bit too sweet."

"The caramel didn't set. I followed the recipe exactly, but the caramel was a runny mess, and the chocolate was hard as a rock.
The smokey almonds were delicious with the caramel and chocolate, but I couldn't serve them because fo the obvious texture issues."

"This was very good, but I could taste the corn starch a bit. I served this as a dessert for a Mexican dinner, so I added a couple dashes of chipotle sauce and served it over lemon sorbet. Yum!!"
