I am a baking addict. Currently we are trying for our first child. It has been 15 months since that started. I have recently found out I am gluten intolerant, and it has been a new hobby for me to bake. Not only do I bake to feed myself, but I bake to ease my mind. I bake away the stress of everyday life. I bake away the thoughts that keep me down. In a single day I can whip up 5 different recipes. These are always hit and miss. Sometimes I have good days, sometimes I have bad. Yesterday I managed to whip up two brand new recipes(one a gf chocolate cake and the other gf granola). The other day I tried making two other recipes but both failed. Like I said, hit and miss ;)
I am also a beginning photographer. Not yet even considered an amatuer, I am practicing my skills. I have had my camera(Rebel XT) for a year and a half. I am slowly improving. When a recipe comes out well, I enjoy taking pictures of it. Its an accomplishment I personally can feel proud of. I photograph things that make me smile, so that I can continuously remind myself of the good in life.
