"I missed the step that said "stirring occasionally" and so i did not stir it at all. The result was it was stuck to the interior of my crock pot in places. Also, it seemed dryish and not creamy even though I followed all the other instructions and added all the other ingredients. I ended up adding a second can of the Cheddar cheese soup an ..."

"Excellent lentil soup! I didn't have fresh thyme so I used dried and crushed it in my mini mortar and pestle gadget. Also, I used 2 beef and 1 chicken stock for a total of 12 cups. As I didn't have elbows I used mini bow ties. Very delicious, especially with the parm and evo just prior to devouring. Unfortunately, it was so good that I had ..."

"This was just ok. I prefer steamed with fresh garlic and fresh parsley and celery stalks to flavor the steaming liquid."

"I put the heat at 500 degrees and placed the fish in the center of the oven and checked it for 15 minutes. That was too long, but the fish was still moist although it tasted salty to me so go easy on the parmesan."

"I love Trisha's cooking show. She is so friendly, down to earth, and explains things very well. I used frozen blueberries and cooked half the batch. It was a little tricky changing some of the measurements. I would love it if foodnetwork would have an option to change the number of servings. Anyway, the pancakes were so delicious that I hate t ..."

"Simple to prepare and very delicious....not to mention healthy. I love anything with garlic and olive oil actually. Spinach lends itself nicely to those flavors."

"Absolutely a keeper. I used 3 containers of grape tomatoes and a very tiny pasta called "Seme di melone" and this tasted just divine. I plan to make this every time the grape tomatoes are on sale. I followed all the other directions. I did hold out a cup of the pasta water to add to the dish after draining so that the sauce would be looser and it ..."

"Disappointed in these. All ran together and not very tasty."

"I did not have the cornmeal so I just omitted it. This was not the best eggplant I ever had but it was pretty good. I cooked it longer, as the others suggested and also removed the skin. I think I was skimpy with adding the sauce which would have helped the flavor. When I reheat the leftover I will add the rest of the sauce."

"Wow! I followed the recipe exactly, but did not have fresh rosemary. My next trip to the market I will get another head of cauliflower, some fresh rosemary, and a slew of garlic. I want to make this every week. I love it just the way it is. Some reviewers suggested adding parmesan but I say it is perfect the way it is!"
