“Pretty good! I didn';t have pork chops out I used cubed pork loin. Browned it as stated, only other changes I made was I added celery and pressured it 5 extra minutes as my pot was much fuller than what it should of been. Shh...don';t tell anyone. “My chicken was nearly 8 lbs so my cook time was much longer. I did get a nice crispy skin. My only changes was that instead of seasoned salt I subbed in a homemade bbq rub which has much less salt. All in all it turned out great and I plan on making again. Thanks for sharing your recipe." ”

“Very easy to make and it was delish. I had never thought of using pork steak. Glad I found this recipe. I made a few changes, One I left out the horseradish as I didn't have any; secondly I used a chicken and seafood spice instead of salt when I fried the steaks.
