"What a great, tasty, multi-layered sauce! Enjoyed some on smoked whole chickens and can't wait to do a couple of slabs of ribs. I plan on keeping a jar ready in the fridge. I followed the recipe exactly and the only issue I had was not having all of the ingredients out and handy to add...thanks for sharing!"

"Thanks Kathy for a great recipe. My smoker fluctuated between 225 and 300 degrees and my 7 pound roast was done in 5 hours. I followed every step of the recipe as far as ingredients, but instead of using the sauce for the completed meat, I used it for an hourly mopping on the diamond scored meat. Everyone thought it was delicious!"

"When I find something I like, I don't vary much. This was the first greens recipe I ever attempted after moving to Florida and wanting to learn to prepare some "southern" dishes. Tried it, LOVED it. We had a guest who said they didn't like greens of any kind...but liked these."
