"This was excellent. I don't know the ff milk/coconut extract suggestion, but wish I did to make it lower fat! Either way, this was great. I used low fat coconut milk, and 3 tbsp red curry paste. It was pretty hot! But maybe I have strong curry. We loved it. Great recipe, can't wait to make it again. Next time we will add a few more veggies..."

"Ah, so nice to have a taste of home. : Wonderful recipe - I bit different than I usually make. I also serve with sour cream or applesauce. Quick note: I do have forms, but I don't use them. It's just as easy to use a wide cup to make the circles and crimp with a fork. Wonderful recipe, I will look forward to trying some other fillings."

"This is, hands-down, the best sea bass recipe I have tried. It is also good with halibut. ( Made it twice it was so good! It doesn't take very long to make the marinade. While the fish was marinating, I made some sticky rice. We don't have a working grill right now, so I seared this on the stove top - about 6-8 minutes per side, basting it w..."

"This took a bit of time to prepare, as there is a lot of chopping to do, but it is totally worth it. I used sorriento peppers, as no red chili peppers were available in this area. Everyone loved it. I served it with yucca chips, and it was gone before I knew it! Lovely recipe, very refreshing flavor. Not really that spicy - next time I will a..."

"Excellent recipe. Extremely easy to make - in fact, this was all I made for dinner. Wonderful aroma while cooking, and a great flavor. I actually used aborito rice because that's all I had, but I cooked it as rice and not risotto. Wonderful! Thanks, Sue!"

"This was great! I used black beans rather than refried, to make it a bit healthier, and it went over wonderful! I doubled it, put it in the freezer, and we had it last week for dinner. I only reheated it for 30 minutes (because I had defrosted them and it was great. Fast easy recipe. Thanks!"

"Wonderful, wonderful burgers. Even my picky husband thought it was phenominal. I did omit the onion powder because I didn't have any, and the olives because I don't like them. Great recipe, I know I'll make it again."

"This was fantastic and really easy to make. I froze half of it for later...but it was wonderful! I did omit the thyme, but only because there was a lot of thyme in the stock that I had used. Thank you for another great staple recipe."

"First, let me say, kung pao is my husband's current favorite dish. And that the only place he's found that it's good is P.F. Chang's. So, to suprise him yesterday, I made this. It was so easy to make, AND it was delicious. My husband was amazed - and said it was one step below P.F. Chang's, but above every other Chinese restaurant we've tried ..."
