"The flavor and consistency of this ice cream was fabulous! It didn't get all hard and icy in the freezer either. I gave it four stars because it is ultra sweet! I like the other aspects of the recipe so much, I will play with the honey amount and see if I can get the same consistency and flavor without so much sweetness.

"This was very good. Very good flavor and very moist. I had to cook it for an hour. The pears were good but a little weird. I think I may try something else next time like apples or apricots or something. That is the nice thing about this: almost any fruit will work."

"This was really good. I didn't have any tahini, so I didn't use any and I used a whole lemon. TIP: to get the juice out of a lemon easier, stick it in the microwave for about 20 seconds first."
