"It did come out a little grainy for me too, but the texture really isn't that bad. I only had Cocoa powder on hand, and used right around 3/8 of a cup of powder instead of the 1 cup of chips. The chocolate, whatever kind you do use, DOES go in LAST. It probably took me less than 10 minutes to actually make, and it spreads really nicely.
