Reviewed Panko Chicken Nuggets
"Quick, easy, delicious! The kids loved them and so did I! We ate them right away, in lieu of saving them for lunches. Easy go-to meal that i will use again! Just 1 note: i didnt feel like i needed to use all of the bread crumbs the recipe to call for, would only use 1 cup next time. Thanks for a great recipe!""

"I followed the recipe as written, however I used a 1/2 tsp garlic powder b/c I didn't have reg garlic. It turned out okay. Mine never really thickened up, but it had great flavor. I will probably try this recipe again, and just use more cornstarch next time."

Although I do not have much time to stop, slow down, and cook a perfect meal everyday, I do enjoy cooking nonetheless when I get a chance. I am very passionate about baking, and learning any new tips or tricks that those experienced chefs have to offer. I live outside Chicago and try to fight rush hour traffic to whip up something nice for my husband, Ryan.
Hands down, Italian fare is tops for me. I probably enjoy cooking Mexican the most and love to try new Chili recipes, too in the fall! My friends tell me my best dish is my Chicken Enchiladas which I got from a Cambell's soup recipe book! Viva la cream of mushroom soup!
