"I have to give this 5 stars, because even my 3 yo ate it. VERY easy, although my husband won'teat mushrooms, so I sub'd 2 cans of Cream of Celery and 1 packet of Onion Soup mix. This was delicious! I am definitely throwing this into the rotation!"

"This is a great oven roast! Its really easy and delicious. My roast was 3.87 lbs and I cooked it at 50 min intervals and it was done, but not overdone. I didn't do the gravy, we used the canned to save time. Also no mushrooms, but added some celery. If you're looking to do a roast without the crock pot, you won't be disappointed!"

"I cannot say enough about this recipe. I made it after I smelled in cooking at a friends house. Its smell, taste, texture is intoxicating. This is an amazing sub for pumpkin pie. And tastes MUCH better. When I made it the first time, I omitted the allspice and the nutmeg since I didn't have any on hand..and it was still delicious. My pumpkin hatin..."

"I just made these! How delicious! I followed the recipe with a few exceptions, #1 I used my mini chopper to almost puree the apples, my kids won't eat things with "chunks". And #2 I made muffins instead of a bread, this way they can go to school in a lunchbox pretty easily. The recipe yielded 16 muffins, and I baked for 35 mins and they were perfe..."

"What a GREAT EASY recipe! Of course we went apple picking and overdid it. I wanted to make an apple crisp..so I got this recipe out. So extremely easy, no canning necessary. I cut it down to 12 cups of apples, b/c after that I got tired of peeling. I also omitted the nutmeg b/c I am out. But still absolutely delicious...Thank you!!!"

"I was so shocked at how yummy this was. I only had extra wide egg noodles, so I covered it with foil as someone suggested, and that kept the noodles from getting crunchy. Also, I only had 1 1/2 lbs ground beef, but I did everything else the same and it was still yummy. Kids and hubby loved it! Thanks for a definite keeper..."

"I made these last night after wondering what to do with a HUGE bag of apples. I made 2 batches and followed the recipe exactly. Very easy! I used my mini chopper and pretty much pureed the apples since the kids hate chunks. They are delicious. My kids ate them for breakfast! I think I will make a few more batches and freeze em! Thanks Cheryl and Ch..."

"Like everyone else, my garden is spitting zucchini out faster than I can keep up. This recipe is a great alternative for those who are tired of the regular zucchini bread. It is moist and delicious. I added a 1/2 cup more zucchini and 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips. I also made 1 loaf and 12 muffins, just because I only have 1 loaf pan.Defin..."

"I could not believe my husband had never had tuna casserole before!!! I made this one, and added a bag of broccoli/cauliflower/carrot mix, and didn't add the mushrooms. I also added extra cheese (if i smother it in cheese, everyone will eat it! I added some bread crumbs on top and broiled it off for about3 or 4 mins. It was DELICIOUS! This is by ..."
