"I made these for a St. Patrick's Day appetizer - they were absolutely delicious! I didn't have celery, but they were fantastic nonetheless. Everyone loved them, even one person who does not particularly care for mussels. Thank you for the recipe!"

"This was so flavorful! I used half orange juice, a quarter lime juice, and a quarter lemon juice. We made it with black beans and rice. The flavor was very unique with a definite tartness that my husband and I loved. He dubbed it "one of the best five chicken dishes of all time" - can't beat that! Thanks for the recipe, Hey Jude!"

"This recipe is fantastic! I have made these cupcakes a few times now, most recently as one of three kinds for my wedding a couple of weeks ago. These ones were all gone by the end of the night, and my aunt dubbed them the BEST CUPCAKES EVER! Only thing I did differently is fill the cups halfway, put in extra cream cheese mix, and put enough bat..."

"This was a huge hit at two holiday parties. Almost all of it was eaten, despite the small size of the parties! I actually sent some guys home with bowls of leftover trifle who said they would eat it on the way home. I put closer to 1 cup of peanut butter in, since I love the flavor."

"This is our FAVORITE grilled chicken recipe. We found it here a couple of years ago, and our friends will wait in line to get this off of the charcoal grill at our Labor Day parties! Very easy, super tasty, and inexpensive enough to serve a ton! We let the chicken marinate overnight before grilling. Try this for your next party, and you won't ..."

"This is wonderful stuff. I only used 3 1/2 cups of sugar. It is delicious, sweet, and fruity and I would definitely recommend making it to use up some pears!"
