"I really liked the flavor of this salad. I used dried basil because we didn't have any fresh, but that made the anise really stand out, and I enjoyed that. I also used regular vinegar because I don't like balsamic. While I liked the flavor, and the ribbons were pretty, they leave a lot of veggie leftover that you either have to toss ..."

"These were okay waffles. They tasted fine, but they were probably not the best I've ever made. I chose to use this recipe because I had sour milk that needed to be used. The batter seemed a little thin, even though I used the recommended amount of milk. The waffles turned out fine, but the batter was messy to work with. Makes a good amou..."

"Made for supper tonight as I was looking for something high protein/low carb to eat before my one hour Glucose Tolerance Test. Very tasty and it seems like you could vary it a lot. I added salt and used yellow instead of green peppers. I thought about adding tomatoes, but wasn't sure if my husband would go for it then. I might try that i..."

"This was good, but I would agree that I don't think it's quite what they serve at Chinese buffets, at least that I've had. I topped it with some breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese for some crunch and extra flavor. Served with rice and veggies to complete the meal."

"This was good and had a genuine "buffalo wing" flavor to it. The sauce was not too hot, thankfully, but I guess that would depend on the type of buffalo sauce you buy. If we make again I think I would omit the blue cheese. It wasn't overwhelming, but a little stronger than I like. Maybe instead of blue cheese I would mix some Ra..."

"This was okay. I guess I technically made a variation of it. We didn't have black beans on hand so I skipped them and added a bag of frozen peas. It needed a veg anyway to really be a one pot dish, even though it actually uses 2 pots because of the pasta. I skipped the broth and just added the milk and we didn't find the sauce to be ..."

"Little unsure about how to rate this. I personally thought it was a little bland, even though it did look and smell very nice. My picky one year old however, gobbled it up. Maybe if the tuna was mixed in with the egg/milk mixture it would be better, all the flavor seemed to be in the cheesy part."

"Made for dinner last night. Really liked it. Good flavor and texture. I used some white potatoes and some sweet potatoes which I thought worked well. The sweet potatoes break down a little more and add to the "stewy" quality of the soup. Very different from the typical creamy sausage and potato soup."

"We used leftover shredded BBQ chicken as well as the other filling suggestions. I liked them and hubby LOVED them. I knew he would as soon as I saw the recipe. He is a major carb addict. I do think I would skip the biscuit cutter next time and just cut off the crusts as another reviewer did. A bigger size sandwich would be nice, and less work..."
