Reviewed Thai Style Peanut Dipping Sauce

"I'm sorry but I thought this sauce was awful. Way too much vinegar and sugar, and not nearly enough peanut butter. The consistency was too thin and the flavor profile was off. I don't think it should have had any vinegar at all. I had to add three or four more tablespoons of peanut butter just to make it edible."

    Reviewed Soft Chewy Molasses Cookies

"These cookies were simply amazing. Perfect in every way. I would like to note though, that instead of using 3/4 cup of shortening, I used 6 tbsp of shortening and 6 tbsp of lard.

Anyhow, thank you! I'll definitely make these again."

Reviewed Awesome and Simple Italian Garlicky Meatloaf

"This recipe generally tasted good, but it came out very dry. I think the cook time may have been too long. Perhaps it was because I didn't cook it in a loaf pan, but a dutch oven instead? I'll give one more star than I normally would because I'm giving the recipe the benefit of the doubt. Also, the ketchup definitely did not go with it."
