"I made this today with a few changes. I used 1/2 c. oil and 1/2 c. applesauce. I cut the sugar in half, but I added dark chocolate chips to make up for some of the sweetness. I also used 1.25 c. whole wheat pastry flour, 1/4 c. spelt and the remaining 1.5 cups all-purpose. Next time I might up the spelt to 1/2 cup. Also added about 1/2-3/4 c...."
