"I have used this recipe a dozen times but have never reviewed it. It is the ONLY way I cook ribs. I leave out the smoke salt and also use Stubbs BBQ Sauce and they always turn out delicious! I have used this technique with both pork and beef ribs and it is delicious!!!"
