"This is the best pork marinade! I have also used it to marinade pork roast and pork ribs. Don't be afraid of any of the ingredients...they really come together beautifully. It's a definite keeper!"

"Oh. My. Goodness. This is the BEST scampi recipe I have made at home that could EASILY rival any restaurant. Note: it's big on lemon, so if you're not so much...can back off and still make a great dish. KEEPER!!!"

"The VERY best green beans ever! I didn't have fresh tomato or basil, so I used 1/2 can plain diced tomato, dried basil, and jarred minced garlic. It was excellent, then I topped it with parmesan cheese after taking it out of the oven. Heaven! Rave reviews here. A definite keeper!"
