"The last couple times Deep Frying Perch in a fryer, the fish stuck to bottom of mesh fryer and had to scrape the fish off. One time at 375 deg using an egg wash - flour - bread crumbs, after 2 min and golden brown, the fish stuck to basket. Then I tried a beer batter and 350 deg and fish stuck to bottom of basket again and had to scrape it off. ..."
