    About Me

    I am thinking about embarking on a second career in cooking. Like catering, small restaurant or something. Currently I plan on going to culinary school in 2008 which has been my lifes dream. I have 2 grown daughters (one is married) and one "adopted daughter" and they all have promising "careers" as home chefs.....I LOVE to teach cooking and hold "classes" for my friends who dont cook, but want to !! It's been a blast.

    Favorite Foods

    Everything comforting....homemade mac and cheese, rice pudding, stews,GUMBO, Chili (I am a 3 time reining champ at the church chili cook off!! LOL) My new favorite cuisine is Moroccan!!! Unbelievably delicious!!!
