i'm a graduate student and have a somewhat hectic schedule, needing to drop everything when i feel "inspired" in my work. despite this, i am trying to come home from the office and cook more, to eat healthier and cheaper!
i love spicy foods, especially along the lines of thai food. i also like to learn how to make those traditional sort of dishes that are hearty and nice to share with others. i try to eat foods that seem healthy for me in an intuitive sense (not based on the latest health trend that changes every day). i especially love leafy greens.
