"The recipe was very easy and the batter was absolutely gorgeous: shiny and smooth. My final product was a bit crumbly, which is the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars. I used classic cream cheese buttercream icing instead of what the recipe recommended. Yummy!"

"It was so moist and delicious! I used a large pan and maybe should have cooked it longer, but it definitely wasn't raw. I'd recommend something more dense for a fondant cake (which is what I used the recipe for. It still turned out great, just had to work with it a little more!"
