I work full time and have little time to cook in the daylight hours when photos are best. I work in the healthcare field, which is very rewarding and also stressful at times. I love to try out new recipes. I only post recipes that I have prepared and tried out myself, so I truly think they are worth a try. I grew up in the South, and currently live in Florida. I have two children that I am devoted to, one grown up and out of the house, and one college student. I am divorced after a 25 year marriage, and am finding it a challenge to cook for just myself or sometimes a friend. I am very devoted to my pets...two dogs and a cat. I love to walk on the beach and read. I love to go to art shows, wine tastings, and festivals of all kinds. I'd love to travel, if $$$ allowed. Maybe one day.
