"thank you for sharing your recipe! the crepes turned out excellent. I did slightly modify it. I doubled the recipe but kept the sugar measurment the same and added 2 cups of real bacon bits to the batter. and filled them with scrambled eggsand sauteed green onions and topped it off with a cheddar cheese sauce... great breakfast...thanks!!!!"
