"I could have kicked myself when I came back to get this recipe after losing my first copy, and found that I never rated this. The picture really caught my eye too. Thats when I tried it and this has become another favorite in our household. The fresh tomatoes, onion and peppers really give what would have been just another bean salad a definite ed..."

"I was looking over this chef's recipes and spotted some ingredients that looked familiar. Ahh yes, tuna salad with a red wine vinegar dressing. I remember having something similar as a guest in the home of a Jewish friend. And I enjoyed it very much. Having this tuna salad with beans, sounded intriguing. I am glad I tried this. Surprisingly light ..."

"A+ recipe! I have made some doghnut recipes before. But these have turned out to be the best so far. I had 1/2 of a large sweet potato to use up. So here was a good opportunity. I did want to try mixing these in my bread maker. And it worked pretty well on dough only cycle. I did have to sub 1 cup soured milk for the sour cream (didn't have sour c..."

"This is such a good, satisfying dish. I made this to go with hamburgers and it completed the meal. The leftovers reheat well too, with an extra sprinkling of parmesan to make a nice crust. A tasty version of scalloped potatoes."

"Really Good! Made this tonight for the family, and was enjoyed by all. I dont' have a crockpot stone that can be placed in the regular oven, so I dumped the filling into a 9x13 pan and poured the pancake/biscuit topping over all then baked for 17 minutes. Very good and easy. My only recomendation would be to add the liquid that this recipe states...."

"This version of navy beans is a great change. The cumin really gives this dish zing. And we have even made this with canned white beans. Just be sure to drain the liquid before procceeding to step 6. A great way to make white beans and rice when you don't have the ham, bacon etc. to flavor a pot of beans or you just want something different."

Wasn't sure she would want more after the first try because of the spicyness, but she kept pushing her bowl at me for more until it was all gone. And we made the full recipe just for the 2 of us. So that will tell you how good this is.I only wish that I did have some pasta because ..."
