    Reviewed Creamy Potato Salad

    Saturday, Apr 26, 2014 on

This recipe is amazing! The only thing I did differently was to leave out the bacon because of vegetarians in the family (it was great even without it!) and I doubled the potatoes and did 1 and a 1/2 times the amount of creamy stuff because of how many people there were. Everyone loved it! They said things like "this is bangin" and "this is the b...

    Reviewed Blueberry-Oatmeal Muffins

    Thursday, Aug 1, 2013 on

These were the best blueberry muffins I have ever made! I used to use another recipe on this site that my son loved. However, I thought they were bland and the recipe called for a stick of butter which isn';t healthy. These muffins were moist, full of flavor and delicious! I will use this recipe from now on!"

I followed the recipe exactly except that I made 24 mini muffins and cooked them for about 15 min. They are delicious! Now I just have to keep myself from eating them all tonight! These are definately going in my regular muffin rotation (I have one of!"

These were SO good! I stuck to the recipe and they came out great. I used a small ice cream scoop to put them in the pan, then I flattened them a little with the spatula (I used olive oil) . I added cheese but left out the onions because my son doesn't like them but next time i will definately add them. I love all of the variations and think next...

    Reviewed Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

    Monday, Oct 29, 2012 on

Best cookies ever! Perfect balance between the sweetness and the raisins! I followed this recipe exactly. The only thing I did that wasn't in the instructions was to soak my raisins in hot water first because they were a little older than I would have liked. It worked out great. They were soft. This recipe is a definate keeper!"

This stuff is awesome! It did exactly what was promised. It's hard when you stir it fast or hit it but its liquid if you are easy on it. My 8 year old had a blast with it! Thanks for the great recipe!"

    Reviewed Easy Dinner Rolls

    Friday, Jul 6, 2012 on

These were just ok. I followed the directions exactly. Since it didn't say what kind of flour to use I used 2 cups of whole wheat flour and 2 1/4 cups unbleached all purpose. They were a bit bland and too heavy for a dinner roll. I probably won't make these again."

Reviewed Fudge Crinkles (A Great 4 Ingredient Cake Mix Cookie)

    Friday, Jun 15, 2012 on

These were the best cookies! They are decadent but not overly sweet. They got rid of my sweet craving without having to eat a bunch of them. I made the devils food and I also made lemon. The lemon did not cook as pretty but they were good! Try this easy recipe. You wont be sorry!"

    Reviewed Meatballs & Orzo

    Thursday, Jun 7, 2012 on

I followed the recipe exactly except that I used homemade meatballs and 2 cans of beef broth. The beef broth was absorbed so it was more like pasta and meatballs with sauce but since I don't like soup, that was fine with me. My hubby and son loved it and had 2 bowls. I thought it was alright. the meatballs were the best part. Still, since they li...

I loved this recipe but my hubby said it was almost inedible because there was too much thyme in it. I will use this recipe again and just leave the thyme out and see how he likes it. The only thing I did differently this time was use broth from the chickens I had cooked instead of using canned broth."

"I got this from a Good Housekeeping cookbook called The Great Christmas Cookie Swap Cookbook. They were a huge hit as gifts and they smell wonderful when baking. They are not very sweet so they are a nice counterbalance to chocolate cookies. I did sprinkle some extra sugar over them before baking because I like them sweeter!"

I used to spend hours making a very involved meatloaf recipe by Paula Dean. It was also expensive because it called for things like bacon. I will never make it again! I made this recipe last night and it blew the Paula dean recipe out of the water! I got rave reviews from my son and husband and it really was simple! The only thing I did different...

Like others have said, the yield is way off. I got 36 cupcakes out of this recipe. I also found that cooking them for 17 min. was the perfect amount of time. The cupcakes were not as good as I had expected. However, the cream cheese icing was phenominal! Next time, I will make a box of betty crocker cupcakes and load it up with the icing. I also ...
