"Wonderfully easy and oh sooo tasty. Have made this using Bob's Red Mill Corn Grits (aka Polenta with cheddar & basil and another with just gorgonzola. So far gorgonzola is my favorite! Will be trying parmesan and garlic next. Love how it freezes well, too. It's a keeper for me."

"This is indeed very dessert-like. I only made half the recipe with steamed baby carrots and cut the sugar back to 1/2 cup. I think I will use even less sugar next time. I threw everything into my food processor and it was a snap to make. The combination of spices really does create a party in your mouth :-. All you carrot haters out there have..."

"Tasty goldensweet gems! I cut the oil back to 1/4 cup and used 1/2 cup applesauce. Also subbed a tbsp of lemon juice and skim milk for the buttermilk. What a delightful treat. Don't wait until the holidays to try these! "

"Quick, easy and oh so tasty! Another very possible thing to do with this is to slice it up the leftovers and freeze them in individual baggies without compromising the flavor or texture. I just throw a baggie in my lunch bag, microwave for 30 seconds or so when I get to work, and end up with a nice, warm, very tasty treat for breakfast. Thank y..."

"This rice is superb! I have made this dish a few times now with excellent results each and every time. Soo rich and tasty! Not sure where everyone is getting the ground beef from, but I have on occasion added some cooked shredded chicken for a quick and fantastic one-dish main meal pleaser! Thanks yet again, NurseDi!!"

"Sackville Girl, you have a winner here! I went a little on the undercooked side and am glad I did. I just pop them out of the freezer and into my toaster oven and they reheat to perfection! (microwave works too in a pinch Didn't have a way to spray water, so used olive oil nonstick spray instead. Can't wait to try the seasonings suggested by S..."

"So easy, sooo yummy!! Had to make a few adjustments with what I had on hand. I only had 5 corn tortillas, substituted the chiles for one can of diced jalapenos, medium-hot salsa, and cheddar cheese. It still turned out terrific! Great flavor and texture. Thanks SaraFish for a tasty and versatile dish!"

"Superb! I marinated the fillets overnight and the flavor was fantastic. I was lazy, so I used the tinfoil method as well. So moist and tender. I agree with Jason that the leftovers are even better the next day. If you serve this over brown rice with the extra juices you'll really enjoy how the honey and soy complement the nutty flavor of the r..."
