"Made this as my contribution to a girls' night in party. I used a lb of tiger shrimp instead but I used much more club soda, approx. 12 tbsps to get the batter to the consistency I wanted, and about 1.5 cups of flaked coconut. "I used a tbsp of filling for each wonton, but next time will use much less because they were a bit too rich. i will probably use a tsp or less for each rangoon next time, and omit the salt."

"Nice flavor, but a bit too much of a grainy texture for a pudding. I cut back on the sugar per some of these other reviews, and it was still enough sweet for me."
