    "These taste almost exactly like Cracker Barrel biscuits. I loved these. The only change I would make would be to try and skip the kneading, so the biscuits would be fluffier. I used regular buttermilk. Oh, and my biscuit bottoms cooled way quicker than the tops, so put them on the top rack."

    "I loved this. I have tried a lot of quinoa recipes and this is my favorite so far. It is subtle, but the flavors combine so well together. This is a perfect side dish for almost any meal. Make sure you toast the pine nuts-it brings out the flavor. "

    "I am not a big fan of carrot cake, and I loved this. I added 1 cup of raisins instead of nuts, but the raisins seemed a bit dry. I saw other reviewers had soaked them in rum first, so next time I will either try that, or leave them out. I also baked for 35 minutes in two 9" rounds. I made no other changes.....and leave the butter as is. M ..."
