"I can't get over this recipe! I even called my college aged daughters, as I KNEW even THEY couldn't mess this one up! These are SO fun! "WOW is all I can say! These are FANTASTIC. I bought some rather sticky candied cherries and cut them up to put in these cookies, and I used just a cup of coconut, as we aren't huge coconut fans. They are SO festive and good luck eating just one!"

"This was very good and easy to make. I used boned chicken breasts and cooked them in my roasting pan. I also used red unpeeled potatoes and they were just right. Cooked about 1 hour 15 minutes and every thing was moist and tastey! "
