"We loved this soup, but I too made some adaptations. We added some carrots (frozen and I found it needed more broth after cooking the noodles. This is a great way to use left over chicken! The sour cream really made this an excellent tasting soup! When kids rave I know I have a keeper!"

"This was very good and easy to make. I used boned chicken breasts and cooked them in my roasting pan. I also used red unpeeled potatoes and they were just right. Cooked about 1 hour 15 minutes and every thing was moist and tastey! "
