    About Me

    I am a private pilot and spend alot of time at my hanger with my 1971 Cessna Cardinal, and getting moved into my new house. I love my big kitchen and am excited about learning to really cook. I have always been good at cooking hamburgers and grilled cheese and guy stuff, but know I want to learn about spices, sauces, soups, salads, and putting a whole meal together from start to finish.

    My mom and dad are great cooks and I learned most of what i know from them, and from cooking at Denny's and Coco's. My first big meal is going to be a thick pork chop with sauted spinach, garlic mashed potatoes, and some chopped cinnamon apples. I ate this meal at Jakes Good Eats down the road from my house and decided to work on making they. akes was recently on "Diners, Dives and Drive-ins".

    Favorite Foods

    My favorite foods are, in this order:

    Meats: New York Strip (aged), Lobster/King Crab Legs, Pork Chops, Salmon, Chicken(Rottieserre or BBQ),

    Veggies: Corn On the Cob, Creamed Corn, Sauted Spinach, Lima Beans(Baby), Broccoli, Green Beans, Broccoli, Salads

    Fruits: Watermelon, Grapes, Cheeries, Apples, Bananas

    Desserts: Cheesecake, Homemade Ice Cream, Chocalate Pudding, Cookies

    Dish I Am Famous For: Sauted Bananasin Butter and Brown Sugar,  and Peanut Butter and Bacon Sandwich.

    Favorite Restaurant: Mortons SteakHouse or Ruths Chris
