"This was great. My family couldn't stop eating it. So much flavor but not to hot because my 4 year old would have gripped about it and not ate any of it. She was asking for thirds. I used Cajun seasoning for the spice mix and I think it really added even more flavor. I cut up thawed frozen chicken breast pieces for the tenders because that is..."

"I tried to double this so I would have some to freeze but it really got screwed up some how. Way to oily. I was so sad. Was hoping to be able to save money by not buying the G-Free mixes. Ended up having to send husband to the store to get a mix anyways. He was the one that wanted waffles so badly so I figured he could go get it. I might try..."

"These really are extremely yummy. I have had friends shocked when they found out it was Gluten free and for that matter flour free. They actually told me they liked these better than regular peanut butter cookies. I can't keep my teenage niece and nephew away from them when I make them so you know they must be good if teenagers rave about them ..."

"My family loved it. I made it along side Curry Chicken and it was wonderful. It was not that hard to make. The stickiness of the doe was made easier to handle by adding lots of rice flower to the hands, rolling pin and table. It was nice to have bread on the table with dinner since me and my youngest have celiac disease."

"Wow! It sure brought back some memories. This was very close to my Mom's recipe from what I remember. My 22 month old went back for thirds so I think that is a fair judge of how good it was. Nothing gourmet about it but one of those good staples to throw together when you just don't know what else to make for dinner. Very easy and Yummy. I us..."

"I will tell you that my husband loved it. He ate it up and then kept on eating more. It was easy to make and great tasting. I used a 5 lb boneless leg but had to cook it much longer in order to get it close to a medium rare with my meat thermometer. My husband still used the mint jelly with it but it was great without anything on it. Good luc..."
