    "Great Christmas breakfast - or anytime! This was easy to put together and a nice entree with fresh fruit. I used 2 cups of half and half following others suggestions and had to cook it 15 minutes longer than the recipe.
    The bottom of the crust was nice and crisp and my guests loved it.

    About Me

    My husband and I are retired. He worked at WDW for 31 years and I was a nurse for 22 years. We have four children, five grandchildren and a great grandbaby due in Oct. 2006! Obviously by my Zaar name we live in Orlando, Fl. and have since 1956. We are Floridians in our hearts, we love the weather, the wildlife and the fact the our kids are all here, too. Our passion has been rescuing dogs, but this last year has not been the best for me physically so that is, sadly, a thing of the past. We do keep in touch with the Forever parents of dogs we have fostered and it is so wonderful to know that they are healthy and happy.
    This July of 2009 we will have shared 50 years of marriage and we are still enjoying each day together!

    Favorite Foods

    Anything pasta is inviting to me. I love salads, easy to make desserts, the smell of baking bread when you walk in the door, rich hearty soups. I love to try new flavors and spices. Zaar is the one place on the net I visit every day. Great ideas, people and recipes.
