    My Journal

I have no recent activity to share.

    About Me

I live in the San Francisco Bay area and I work for Social Services in Contra Costa County. My favorite cookbook is "White Trash Cooking" It makes me laugh every time I read it. My passions are traveling, reading and psycology. My pet peeves are self-centered people. If I had a month off I would travel to Cuernavaca and stay with a Mexican family and learn Spanish.

    Favorite Foods

I love to make my recipe for Baked Ham. It makes the whole house smell wonderful and people can hardly wait till dinner. I serve it with "Awful Potatoes" which my family loves and some unusually good yeast rolls from a small family-run bakery in my town. My favorite restaurant is Maria Taqueria. They make the best Carnitas I have ever tasted.
