"These are flop proof crepes. the best I've ever had and I've had alot. They hold their shape well and don't tear. they're soft and fluffy and taste fantastic. I add a pinch of baking powder to add a little extra lightness (be careful not to put too muchI also added extra water to make them thinner. Thanks for the recipe. It's a true winner"

"I made this for a dinner party. It was AMAZING!!!I'd like to think of myself as a sticky date connoisseur. I looked through many recipes, this was the best and easiest too. I made double sauce as suggested. I sliced it in the dish and poured the sauce over to soak in a bit. It was fantastic."
