I love to eat, therefore I have to cook, I decided to make it fun and just enjoy it. I love to bake, but hit a wall 3 years ago when I was diagnosed with Celiac Sprue, I can't consume anything with the dreaded evil gluten. Gluten being the very substance that made my homemade bread to wonderful. Gluten is seemingly in everything, making it's sneek attacks. Now my food life is about learning, finding, and creating gluten- free food. I have a collections of what I call my funk flours to work with- quinioa, teff, sorguhm, tapioca, garfava- and so forth. So let's just call this another attitude adjustment, it is certainly not boring.
