Reviewed Double Chocolate Chip Cookies
"These are the best double chocolate cookies I've ever tasted. I made them w/my little girl and we both agree these are a keeper. Awesome. Not too sweet either. I used cane sugar, white whole wheat flour, and 10 oz of chips."

Stay At Home Mom w/flair for cooking. Don't be fooled by the name...it's Chargirl (SHHaarrrgirl)...nothing to do with charring anything.
I like cooking just about any food that peaks my interest. I tend to cook recipes in the following category's fish, pasta, vegetarian, spanish, asian. Right now I'm trying all kinds of asian dishes.
I usually look for recipes that appeal to me, have ingredients I can work with or that I already have on hand. I find a few recipes that are the similar and also play with ingredients between them to get my own flavor. Once that's accomplished I can add it to my cookbook.
So, between the kids and everything else life throws into the mix I throw myself into cooking. I hope one day to take a culinary course and learn some techniques that will improve what I have already learned.
