"We adjusted the recipe for approx 8 servings ( about 2 lbs of bacon broken up between 2 baking trays . The oven was set to a pre-heated 350 for 25 minutes. "This recipe was fantastic! The bacon cooked to my DH's perfect done-ness just being cooked in the oven with the chicken. We cut the recipe in half but otherwise followed the recipe.
