    "I used butter instead of lard. Great results. Water temp to 107 and used it to rinse out melted butter. Red Star Quick Rise Yeast used. Always ensure no clumps of Salt, Sugar or All Purpose Flour are used by sifting prior to use, thus allowing proper measurements and incorporation of ingredients. Tasty Bread! You may sub sea salt."
