I'm recently retired. I am a lover of golf, cooking, sewing and reading.
My number one passion are my children and my grand-daughter. My pet peeves, wow, people who criticize other peoples' ambitions or success. I guess that would be jealousy for other peoples' success.
I love to entertain. I love to have a table filled with wonderful foods and new receipes that people have never tried I love to collect cookbooks. If I see a cookbook, I need to read every single page before I put it on my bookshelf with all my other cookbooks.
I am famous, with my family, for my chicken à la king. I really don't have any favourite dish but I do have a least favourite and that would be anything to do with fish. For some reason, I cannot cook fish!
I'm not a restaurant fan. I'm very picky and if I don't know who is cooking my food or what their kitchen looks like....I won't enjoy my food. I truly dislike buffet style restaurants where everyone picks in the food trays.
