I live in Martins Mill, TX. We moved here from Dallas to raise our four children in the country. We have our own business that allows me to be a full time homemaker. I love being able to be home for my children and enjoy cooking for my family and making our home a wonderful place to be. We are also very active in our church. My husband is an ordained minister and I am a worship leader. I love cooking all different types of cuisine, french being my favorite at the moment.
I love to try new things in the kitchen. French country cuisine is one of my favorites although there is something to love and appreciate about all types of cuisine. Tarragon Chicken is a favorite dish. I also make a lentil and beef stew served over polenta that we love. We enjoy a wide variety of foods in our home. One night I might make Thai food, another Indian. You never know what I'll come up with next. I would rather eat at home than any restaurant but if I had to go to a restaurant I would want to go to a small village in Italy where no one speaks english. I'm sure I would love the food!!! I love watching cooking shows on Food Network. Giada and Rachael are two of my favorites.
